Pajulahti Olympic and Paralympic Training Center

The tournament will be organized at the Pajulahti campus of the Three Campuses Sports Institute. Pajulahti is also an official Olympic and Paralympic training center and a premier destination for international events across a wide spectrum of sports, located 1.5 hours from Helsinki Airport and 20 minutes from the city center of Lahti.

Each year, Pajulahti hosts several international events in various disciplines, making it a versatile venue for numerous sports.

Playing Venues

The tournament will be played in two different halls: the ball hall in the main building and the sports hall. Both halls feature Taraflex flooring. The halls are within walking distance of the accommodation, restaurant, and other training center facilities.

These same halls were also used for the 2021 Division B European Championships.

Accommodation

All delegation members will be accommodated at Pajulahti. Hotel rooms are for 2–3 people.

**CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT**

General check-in at the hotels is at 15:00, and check-out is by 12:00 noon. However, the LOC will accommodate delegations directly upon arrival.

Teams are instructed to check the accommodation and notify the reception within 24 hours if there are any issues.

Room check-out for teams on 6.10.2025 must be before noon. Keys must be returned to the Pajulahti reception. The CdM/Team Leader will inspect all rooms of their teams. If something is broken or the room is left unclean, a €900 extra cleaning fee will be charged.

Early check-out will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

For departures after 12:00, luggage storage is available

Restaurant

310 + 80 seats, terraces with 50 + 50 seats.
Dining:

Daily buffets are served for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. An evening snack buffet is also available by pre-order.

Cafeteria:

We cater to all special dietary needs, with a licensed diet chef on duty. Our buffets are well-balanced and carefully prepared, primarily using local produce.

Buffet Menu Description:

Breakfast: Assorted cereals with jams and berries (sugar-free) or cut fruit, organic porridge, assorted breads and rolls, cheese, cut vegetables, ham, natural yogurt, 1 warm element (boiled eggs, omelettes, sausages, or meatballs), tea, coffee, milk, orange and apple juices, honey, and a selection of oils.

Lunch/Dinner: Salads, cut vegetables, assortment of breads, selection of seeds, assortment of oils, 2 warm dishes (meat/fish or chicken, varying daily), warm side dishes (rice/pasta or potatoes/vegetables), soup of the day (lunch buffet only), coffee, tea, and a daily varying dessert.

Drinks: Tap water, milk, juices, and tea.

The team entry package includes full-board meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), starting with dinner on the arrival day and ending with lunch on the departure day. If you wish to purchase additional meals for your team, you can order and buy them directly from the restaurant by the previous day.”
